This product contains oils, and they may become solid when exposed to cold temperatures due to its natural properties. 

To melt the serums into liquid form, you can simply place the bottles in hot water until the product melts.

We recommend using warm water, not boiling, to avoid any potential damage to the packaging or product integrity.

Once melted, you can gently shake the bottle to ensure the formula is mixed well before use.

SO GOOD!!!
